Comfort and health of occupants in a real estate property are the two common benefits of having good quality indoor air. It is critically important to have a good flow of air to reduce health hazards and accidents. Therefore, it is very much recommended before closing a deal with a potential buyer, to test the air quality of a real estate property. It is up to the real estate agent to orient the seller of the potential risks if air quality is left untreated and how it can diminish property value. In this course, fundamentals of indoor air quality testing are introduced. Hence, the knowledge gained in this course can help the real estate agent in conducting his or her sales.

About The Instructor
Quality driven and highly motivated self-starter with 14 years of mechanical manufacturing and service experience. A proactive leader with a background in troubleshooting, planning, initiating and completing job tasks. Extremely safety conscious and attentive to all surrounding environmental conditions. Thrive in group and individual tasks assigned. Began TREC approved, Professional Real Estate Inspector Training through ATI in August 2020. Completed ATI training in November 2020. While training, I was undergoing training through a sponsorship in the I-Go community to become the companies General Manager. I facilitate monthly employee meetings, Employee Reviews, Inspector Field Training and ancillary services. I tested and passed both the National and Texas portions of the Real Estate Inspector exam for my TREC Professional Real Estate Inspector license in December of 2020 and filed my application in January of 2021.
