Selling a home is often described as more work than buying, and even the best real estate professionals struggle with the pre-listing discussions. As part of the pre-listing walk-through, the real estate agent should give recommendations for the sellers so their listing and selling process is as seamless as possible. This course aims to educate the real estate professional on the recommendations that should and shouldn’t be shared when discussing listing a property for sale.
