• Describe the role of an FHA appraiser
• List and explain the main components of an FHA appraisal
• Describe the role of a Home Inspector in the FHA appraisal process
• List and explain the areas of the home where a home inspector may be required

While training, I was undergoing training through a sponsorship in the I-Go community to become the companies General Manager. I facilitate monthly employee meetings, Employee Reviews, Inspector Field Training and ancillary services. I tested and passed both the National and Texas portions of the Real Estate Inspector exam for my TREC Professional Real Estate Inspector license in December of 2020 and filed my application in January of 2021.
