By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Describe the basic characteristics of outdoor amenities that are included in the inspection and sale of a home including garage doors, doorbells, fire protection systems, and outdoor grilling cooking systems.
- Identify common problems associated with outdoor amenities.
- Explain what a home inspector looks for when inspecting the area outside of a home.
This is an online course and will be taught remotely by the instructor using Zoom’s virtual meeting technology.

While training, I was undergoing training through a sponsorship in the I-Go community to become the companies General Manager. I facilitate monthly employee meetings, Employee Reviews, Inspector Field Training and ancillary services. I tested and passed both the National and Texas portions of the Real Estate Inspector exam for my TREC Professional Real Estate Inspector license in December of 2020 and filed my application in January of 2021.
